Refund Policy

Payment, withdrawal and refunds for HanFlow PDF Pro licenses.

Effective: July 5, 2026 (revised July 21, 2026) · Seller: Quantum Materials Inc.

This policy follows the Korean Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce and related laws. The product is a digital content / software license delivered online immediately. This English text is provided for convenience; if it differs from the Korean original, the Korean version prevails.

1. Product and payment

  • Product: HanFlow PDF Pro license (annual · perpetual; personal · business · education · public sector; VAT included) — see the Pricing page for prices.
  • Payment: credit/debit card, one-time payment — not a recurring subscription; card details are not stored and you are never charged again.
  • Service period: 1 year (365 days) from the payment date for annual licenses (when the period ends, Pro features stop and you may repurchase to continue); no time limit for perpetual licenses.
  • Delivery: the license key is issued on screen immediately after payment and can be re-issued with your order number.

2. Withdrawal (full refund)

  • Within 7 days of payment, if the license key has not been registered (activated) in the program, you receive a full refund.
  • This includes simple change of mind, as long as the conditions above are met.
  • The fact that withdrawal may be restricted once the license key is registered (use begins) is displayed on the checkout screen, and payment proceeds after you agree to it.

3. How to request a refund

  • Email info@qmscience.net with your order number and refund request.
  • Refunds are processed as a cancellation on the original payment method and may take about 3–5 business days depending on the card company. Payment and refunds go through a secure payment system on the same payment method.
  • Once a refund is approved, the license key is invalidated immediately.

4. Payments by minors

If a minor pays without the consent of a legal guardian, the minor or the guardian may cancel the purchase in accordance with applicable law.
