Article 1 (Purpose)
These terms govern the conditions and procedures for using the HanFlow PDF Pro license (the "Service") sold by Quantum Materials Inc. (the "Company"), and the rights, obligations and responsibilities of the Company and users.
Article 2 (Scope of the Service)
The Service is the paid license for HanFlow PDF, the all-in-one PDF program for Windows. During the license term it provides:
- Unlimited PDF conversion and editing (Word · HWP · PowerPoint · images)
- Updates — during the 1-year term for annual licenses; within the scope described on the Pricing page for perpetual licenses
- Business and commercial use rights
Article 3 (Fees and payment)
- Fees are per-product annual or perpetual licenses (VAT included), by segment: personal · business · education · public sector. See the Pricing page for amounts.
- Payment is by credit/debit card; card details are never stored on our servers. Payment is processed by a secure payment system, and the license terms (annual/perpetual) are stated at checkout.
- Card information is managed by the payment processor in accordance with applicable law and security standards.
Article 4 (Service period)
- Annual licenses: 1 year (365 days) from the payment date. When it ends, Pro features stop; purchase again to continue.
- Perpetual licenses: no time limit on use.
- Every product is a one-time payment — not a recurring subscription; nothing is charged automatically.
Article 5 (Withdrawal and refunds)
A full refund is available within 7 days of payment if the license key has not been registered. All other withdrawal and refund matters follow the Refund Policy.
Article 6 (License and restrictions)
- The Company grants a non-exclusive right to use the Service on 1 PC during the license term. The license can be transferred via support when you replace your PC.
- Users may not share, transfer or resell the license key, and may not reverse-engineer, copy or redistribute the program.
Article 7 (Privacy)
The Company protects users' personal data in accordance with applicable law; details are set out in the Privacy Policy.
Article 8 (Limitation of liability)
The Company is not liable for service interruptions caused by events beyond its control — force majeure, causes attributable to the user, or failures of third-party services (payment processing, telecommunications, etc.). The Service is provided to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Article 9 (Changes to the terms)
The Company may amend these terms within the bounds of applicable law, announcing the effective date and reasons in the Service or on the website.
Article 10 (Governing law and jurisdiction)
These terms are interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes follow the procedures set by applicable law.
