What you get
HanFlow PDF is an all-in-one PDF program for Windows: PDF viewing, editing and annotation plus Word · PowerPoint · HWP · image conversion and a business/commercial use license. Available as an annual or perpetual license for personal and business customers; a license key is emailed to you as soon as payment completes.
Service period
The annual license provides Pro features and updates for 1 year (365 days) from the payment date. The perpetual license lets you use the purchased version forever (the update-inclusion period is stated per product). The annual plan is a one-time payment, not a recurring subscription — you are never re-charged automatically.
License scope
Personal Pro uses one license key on 3 devices (PC/Mac combined) (transferable via support when you replace your PC). For business, choose the number of users (seats) and pay by card — you receive one license key per seat by email right after payment (each key = 1 PC), with a lower per-user price at higher volumes. Need a tax invoice? Request one from support after payment. Government agencies are served via the G2B (public procurement) catalog.
Withdrawal & refunds
Within 14 days of payment and with the license key unused (not registered in the program), you get a full refund. See the refund policy for details.
Order cancellation & exchange (re-issue)
You may cancel your order within 14 days of payment as long as the license key has not been registered (use not started); the full amount is cancelled and refunded to the card you paid with (typically 3–5 business days). Send cancellation or exchange requests with your order number to info@qmscience.net or call +82-70-7609-1376. This product is a digital license delivered online, so there is no physical shipping or return. If the product is defective — key not received, wrong key issued, key error — we re-issue the license key for the same product free of charge (exchange); if you prefer not to receive a replacement we issue a full refund (defect-based exchange or refund remains available after the 14-day period).

Pay once by credit or debit card — both personal and business. Payments are processed through a secure payment system and card details are never stored on our servers. Need a tax invoice? Request one from support after payment; government agencies are served via the G2B (public procurement) catalog.
